At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fearless, even if the fit isn't perfect. If your order didn't meet expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe journey back to us.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
